Bayti Vendor Agreement v1.1 · 2026-08-21
- You are an independent business, not an employee or agent of Bayti. You control your own menu, prices, hours, and staff.
- You are responsible for all licenses and permits required by law (including cottage-food or home-kitchen rules where they apply), and for the safe preparation, labeling, and halal integrity of everything you sell.
- Bayti's commission is 23% of the order subtotal (excluding taxes and tips). Launch vendors pay 15% for their first 90 days. You keep 100% of customer tips.
- Payouts go to your linked bank account through our payment provider (Stripe Connect), net of commission and processing fees.
- You choose pickup, self-delivery, or Bayti delivery per listing and set your own delivery radius. For Bayti-dispatched delivery, Bayti handles courier issues such as a late, damaged, or failed delivery.
- Refunds: customers are refunded instantly if they cancel before you accept, and automatically if you cancel after accepting. Delivered-order problems are reviewed case-by-case. You remain responsible for product issues such as wrong, spoiled, or mislabeled items. If a refund is issued after funds have already been paid out to you, the refunded amount is recovered from your future payouts (or debited from your linked account), as with any prepaid marketplace.
- You keep ownership of your photos and content and grant Bayti a license to display and promote them to run your storefront and the marketplace.
- Either party may end this arrangement at any time. Accrued payouts for completed orders survive termination.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Bayti may update these terms with reasonable notice; continuing to sell means you accept the update.
