Bayti text-message program.

Bayti (operated by Bayti LLC) sends transactional, order-status text messages only — no marketing or promotional texts. This page describes exactly what we send, how you give consent, how often you’ll hear from us, and how to stop at any time.

What messages we send

Customers who place an order receive automated SMS updates about that order only: order confirmed, preparing, ready, out for delivery, and delivered. Approved vendors may receive a text when a new order arrives for their storefront. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages over SMS.

Example messages:

  • “Bayti: Your order #260E44A3 from Zaitona Kitchen is confirmed. We’ll text you when it’s being prepared. Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • “Bayti: Your order #260E44A3 is ready for pickup. Show code 260E44A3 when you arrive. Reply STOP to opt out.”

How you opt in (consent)

Consent is express and collected at the point you provide your phone number — it is never assumed, never a condition of purchase beyond the delivery method you choose, and a phone number is optional unless you select a fulfillment option that needs it.

Customers opt in at checkout. Directly beneath the phone-number field on the checkout address step (and on your account profile page), we show this disclosure before you submit:

Vendors opt in from their dashboard using a “Text me when a new order arrives” toggle that is off by default. Turning it on displays the equivalent disclosure and requires a saved phone number.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies and is tied to your activity — you receive texts only while you have an active order (typically a handful of messages per order). Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Bayti does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opting out (STOP) and help (HELP)

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will stop receiving order-status texts. To rejoin, opt in again at checkout or in your profile.

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at hello@getbayti.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We never sell your phone number. No mobile information — including your phone number and SMS consent — is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, and the SMS program terms are in our Terms of Service.
