Write to hello@getbayti.com from the email on your Bayti account and include your order number if it’s about an order. A real person reads every message, typically within one business day.
Help with an order
You can track any order live from the link in your confirmation email, or in your account under Orders. If something arrived wrong, late, or not at all, email us with the order number and we’ll make it right — refunds for vendor cancellations are automatic.
Vendors
